- 13,000+ students each year enter the idle workforce
- $57.5 million in Pell Grant aid goes unused annually
At the same time, Alabama faces labor shortages in key industries.
Many students—especially in urban and rural communities—lack:

Without a trusted guide, students miss opportunities in:
